XT2MAX Update (Jan 6)

Radio works well on higher bands. I will not do any lowbands because the noise situation is as it is: bad. Fixed some CW keying issues and it works "ok" now. Doesn't please my taste, but... I'm there if time allows.

We managed to fix the MFJ993RT and found a broken coax as well. So the setup has changed to a 7,3m Vertical, up about 20m agl. See you on the bands!

XT2MAX Update (Jan 4)

QRV! Unfortunately there is a problem with the MFJ993RT which needs to be fixed. Decided to run a 40m Inv Vee dipole instead to be able to get on the air at least on 15m and 40m. The location is 100% solar powered with all kind of noises across the bands one can imagine. Not much I can do about this but happy to be here and enjoying the hospitality from the locals.

No. This is NOT a FT8 ONLY activity. If time allows I will get on the bands CW/SSB. Stay tuned!
