Tom, VK2TBC, is currently working at Casey Station, a permanent Antarctic research facility operated by the Australian Antarctic Division (AAD). Casey Station is located on the Bailey Peninsula in the Windmill Islands of East Antarctica, approximately 3,880 km south of Perth, Australia.

He plans to be operational on SSB and FT8 between February and December, as time permits.

His station includes a FlexRadio 8400, a DX Commander antenna, and several additional wire antennas.
