S0S - Western Sahara

The Sahrawi Amateur Radio Union Club will be active as S0S (S-zero-S) on QO-100 from February 3 to February 8, with an operation lasting approximately 8–9 days.

Planned grid activations from north to south include:IL35, IL34, IL33, IL32, IL31, IL21, IL11, and IL10.

Due to security concerns related to operating in a conflict zone, the planned activation order may change. Any updates will be announced during the operation. Activity may occur while traveling both southbound and northbound.

The duration of each grid activation will depend on weather conditions, including strong Sirocco winds, as well as safety considerations.

All QSOs will be uploaded to LoTW free of charge.QSL confirmations will be available exclusively via ClubLog upon request.

The operation will be conducted by Azman (Man) and one additional operator, primarily on SSB, with FT4/FT8 activity planned if conditions allow.

More satellite operations are planned in the near future, with equipment currently in preparation.
