6O3T Update (Oct 01)
Our unforgettable Somaliland adventure
Our Story
Our recent 6O3T dxpedition to Somaliland was cancelled for reasons that we would like to explain to you and which I hope will give you an idea of what it is like to go on a dxpedition, to give the opportunity to work a semi-rare country to the entire ham radio community. It was an experience full of surprises, excitement and, of course, challenges.
When Plans Change
As many of you know, not all expeditions go as planned. Unfortunately, our activities as 6O3T encountered some obstacles that led to the cancellation of activities. Despite our best efforts, some problems have arisen that have caused us to adapt and rethink our strategy, trying to do as little damage as possible. This is also part of organizing a dxpedition !!!

6O3T Update (Sep 14)
Reassuring Our Supporters
We want to take a moment to reassure everyone who might be worried about our current situation. Despite any concerns about our well-being or the status of our operations, we are happy to report that our entire team is safe, well-fed, and in good health.
Current Status
As is often the case when traveling with a lot of material, we have to wait for customs processes to be completed according to the rules of the country kindly hosting us.While this is not an ideal situation, but it is a normal part of the process and, as expected, it will take a few days before everything is completed.
Looking Ahead: On-Air Operations
Of course, our goal is to be back on the air as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience during this period, and although we cannot provide exact dates at this time, but we are optimistic that we will be on-air in the next few days.
We thank you for staying with us and CU on the bands.

6O3T Update (Aug 28)
FT8: MSHV for Our DXpedition
Having carefully weighed up the pros and cons of using Superfox mode, while recognising that if developed, it could become a high standard, at the moment we feel it is still too young.
It is for this reason that we will use the MHSV software during DXpedition.
