Members of the Radio Club d'Haïti will be active as 4V1SB from October 1–31. QSL via N2OO.

This special callsign honors Simón Bolívar, the liberator who led several South American nations to independence from the Spanish Empire. Haiti played a pivotal role in Bolívar’s struggle, offering him refuge and providing vital military support for his revolutionary efforts.
