4V1L (Special Event) - Haiti

Members of the Radio Club d'Haïti will be active with the special callsign 4V1L throughout January (1–31 January) on all bands.

This special callsign honors Marie-Jeanne Lamartinière, a courageous Haitian soldier and nurse who fought bravely alongside her husband, Louis Daure Lamartinière, during the Haitian Revolution—most notably at the Battle of Crête-à-Pierrot in 1802.
