Jacek, SP5APW, will be active as 3W9C from Hon Son/Hon Rai Island (IOTA AS-128), Vietnam, from September 4–12, 2026.

He plans to operate on SSB and FT8 across the 20, 15, and 10-meter bands, with a special emphasis on 6 meters, giving DXers an excellent opportunity to work this sought-after IOTA entity during favorable band openings.
